PPF Group holds a 44,44% interest in the EPH group; 37.04% is held by J&T through private equity structures, and a 18.52% interest is held by Daniel Křetínský, who is responsible for the management of the subgroup. EPH is the second largest player in the Czech energy market; in terms of EBITDA, it is one of the Top 10 Czech companies.
