Biography

Born in 1974, Kateřina Jirásková graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, and worked as a securities trader at Conseq before joining PPF Group in 2000 as a portfolio manager. She was in charge of Generali PPF Asset Management for eight years, with responsibility for one of the largest portfolios in Central and Eastern Europe. She was also responsible for the performance of the portfolio of investments held by Generali PPF Holding’s 27 firms managing €15 billion in assets in 14 countries.

In 2013, she became the chief financial officer of PPF Group and chairwoman of the Board of Directors of PPF a.s. and she is a member of the Board of Directors of PPF Financial Holdings a.s. Kateřina Jirásková is a member of the PPF Exective Committee. She also chairs PPF Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Biography

Born in 1963, Ladislav Chvátal graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, majoring in automated control systems in the economy. He joined PPF Group in 1994 where he has held several key managerial positions.

Between 1998 and 2007, he managed Home Credit Group’s development and international expansion as CEO while also serving as PPF Group’s executive director for retail banking and consumer finance with responsibility for the strategic management of eBanka and ČP Leasing. Between 2009 and 2014 he worked at PPF Partners’ management. Since 2011, he has been responsible for building and developing the RAV agricultural group in Russia.

As of June 2015, he has served as Chairman of PPF banka’s Supervisory Board and as a member of the Supervisory Board of PPF a.s.

Biography

Born in 1966, Vladimír Mlynář has been a member of PPF Group's top executive team since August 2010 with responsibility for public relations and public affairs. He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of PPF a.s. in June 2015 and he is also a member of PPF Foundation's Board of Trustees.

Vladimír Mlynář had a successful career as a journalist before entering politics in 1998, when he served as an MP and a minister until 2005. He was also chief advisor to the Czech prime minister in 2010 after working for Telefónica O2 in 2008 and 2009.

Biography

Born in 1972, Lubomír Král graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and attended the University of Economics, Prague. Starting his career as a lawyer, he worked in the legal department for the settlement center of the Prague Stock Exchange from 1997 to 1999.

He has been with PPF Group since 1999 as general counsel of PPF Group and has been a member of the Board of Directors of PPF a.s. since March 2007. He joined the Board of Directors of Home Credit B.V. in March 2007. He is a member of the Board of PPF Financial Holdings a.s.
