CME Internal Communication Manager

Join Our Team as CME Internal Communication Manager! 

Your Mission: 

As our Internal Communication Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our internal communications. You’ll design, implement, and oversee strategies that enhance our internal brand and engage our employees. Collaborating with six Internal Communication Managers across our subsidiaries, you’ll coordinate group-wide communication, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure consistent messaging. 

What You'll Do: 

✨ Strategy & Planning: 

  • Design & Implement: Develop and oversee internal communication strategies that deliver clear, consistent messaging. 
  • Reputation Management: Enhance our corporate reputation by building strong relationships and collecting vital insights. 
  • Employer Branding: Lead the Group Employer Branding strategy, keeping it fresh and engaging. 

📢 Internal Communications and Content Management: 

  • Review & Deliver: Keep our internal communication strategy up-to-date and relevant. 
  • Engage Employees: Promote our Employer Brand on our internal social network, PeoplePlace. 
  • ESG Initiatives: Advise on and communicate our ESG initiatives, staying ahead of market trends. 
  • Create Content: Manage and create content for PeoplePlace, including visuals, community engagement, and videos. 
  • Write & Edit: Craft compelling newsletters, articles, and internal briefs in English. 

🎯 Executive Support and Branding: 

  • Innovate: Provide creative solutions to boost CME Group’s reputation internally. 
  • Support Executives: Prepare talking points, blogs, and articles for senior staff to enhance their internal presence. 
  • Personal Branding: Assist executives in their personal branding initiatives. 

🤝 Coordination and Collaboration: 

  • Liaison: Work closely with News, Current Affairs, and Marketing Communications departments. 
  • Gather Feedback: Improve content plans by collecting feedback from PR and Communication colleagues. 
  • Community Management: Coordinate with internal communication managers across the Group and support information sharing. 
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in various HR projects like internal events, job fairs, and workshops. 

 

 

 

Who You Are: 

  • Experienced: You have a proven track record in designing and implementing internal communication strategies in a corporate setting. 
  • Creative: You know how to craft effective internal messaging for diverse platforms. 
  • Supportive: You’ve supported executives with personal branding initiatives. 
  • Strategic: You excel in internal communication strategy development and content management. 
  • Engaging: You’re familiar with employer branding strategies and can drive engagement. 
  • Proficient: You have strong media monitoring, issues management, and crisis communication skills. 
  • Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience. 
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Czech and English. 
  • Social Media Savvy: You understand and actively use social media. 
  • Organizational Whiz: Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office 365.
