Compensation & Benefits Manager (SLO, HR, BG)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comp&Ben expert to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Group Reward Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business goals and enhance employee engagement in Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria.
This position is located in Prague, Czech Republic.

As a Comp&Ben expert, you will have the opportunity to coordinate key HR processes, ensuring our reward systems are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Compensation Plans based on Group framework: Analyze, develop and adapt compensation plans, policies, and procedures to ensure competitive pay and reward systems based on Group framework.
  • Maintain Competitive Pay Rates: Analyze industry trends and recommend changes to maintain competitive pay rates and ensure equity.
  • Establish Salary Structures: Develop pay systems that reward individual performance and align with company strategy based on Group framework.
  • Conduct Annual Pay Reviews: Implement annual pay reviews.
  • Manage Benefits Programs: Review and improve benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and market trends. Implement new benefit programs and conduct employee information sessions.
  • Consultation & Support: Advise management on compensation and benefits issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor & Analyze: Continuously improve measurement practices, analyze compensation policies, and coordinate HR budget preparation.
  • Support other HR processes related to C&B: Support other HR processes e.g. performance management, diverse reporting, etc. that are linked with C&B area.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits theories and principles
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in HR information systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Profile:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits roles
  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact solutions
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Sciences, or related fields
  • Experience in corporate or multinational environments is a plus
