Our company is seeking a Group FP&A Manager – Business Analysis to provide financial and commercial support to the Head of FP&A and to CME senior management in general. The FP&A Manager’s primary focus is on strategic projects that aim to enhance and strengthen efficiency throughout the organization whether they are group-wide initiatives or advisory support to individual stations.  This candidate will play a key role in driving digitalization projects across the group – a digital and growth mindset is a must! The ideal candidate should be bright, motivated, and a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an FP&A analyst.

As Group FP&A Manager, you will enjoy a dynamic and exciting role that will join CME on its digital transformation journey as viewers continue to shift from linear TV to streaming.  You will play a significant part in the success of the strategy to become a leading modern, digital business in each of our markets.  This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals from diverse TV and digital backgrounds and wider exposure to the PPF Group, ensuring a rewarding and enriching experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects that enable CME to drive it’s long-term strategy forward including  digitalization, process efficiency and synergies, operational effectiveness, KPI benchmarking, risk management, systems development and enhancement, management and financial reporting, and other finance-related project work 
  • Coordinates projects with Group functional leads in core areas including sales, programming, production, technology & IT, and human resources  
  • Works closely with other central teams including strategy, treasury, business systems, sustainability filming & ESG, and legal to support corporate development initiatives
  • Collaborates with local teams to drive group-wide or specific station initiatives forward; requests station data and information in a clear, understandable manner 
  • Plans and executes projects by designing each plan and worksteps, managing the timeline to adhere to deadlines and milestones, communicating tasks and responsibilities effectively, analyzing data submissions and drawing conclusions, and proposing solutions and recommending next steps
  • Drafts presentations and reports for CME management that are concise, informative and easy to comprehend
  • Develops and maintains financial models and analyses to support decision-making across the organization
  • Drives improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities through digitalization (such as Power BI) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Supports FP&A on key presentations throughout the year, including ratings agency, strategy review, and budget presentations
  • Mentors and develops FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and fostering a digital mindset

 

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of consultancy experience in Big 4 or other top-tier consulting firm, or as a finance business partner role in a relevant industry
  • Strong analytical skills, process-oriented, experienced in building financial models
  • Affinity for financial systems and applications, digital and growth mindset
  • Advanced communication and writing skills in English
  • Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, organization, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mentality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
