Group Reward Manager

The CME Group Reward Manager ensures accurate, consistent, and compliant remuneration, performance management, staff costs, and HR reporting across all CME countries. This role aligns employee performance with strategic goals through effective management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Remuneration:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and policies.
  • Maintain job grading and coordinate market benchmarking.
  • Manage annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.

Performance Management:

  • Develop performance metrics and incentive programs.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Align individual and team goals with organizational strategy.
  • Provide training on performance management processes.

HR Reporting:

  • Design and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR data reporting.

Staff Cost Controlling:

  • Develop staff cost budgeting processes.
  • Monitor and report on staff cost trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance for accurate financial reporting.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the area of compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, HR reporting, and cost accounting principles.
  • Experience with HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
