HR Change Manager

I am looking for my right hand who would help me to further develop people processes cross CME group by designing, planning, and delivering various projects in the HR area.

What would be your key activities?

  • Understanding the organization needs in terms of people processes; co-designing solutions, planning its implementation including change management and delivering it to users.
  • Supporting me in shaping appealing vision, building, and delivering ambitious Group HR strategy aiming at reaching TOP Employer quality in mid-term horizon in all our 6 countries.
  • Building progressive HR function by bringing value added to managers and positive CX to our employees
  • You will be, on daily basis, communicating with our internal customers, HR community members in 6 countries, PPF HR team & our external partners.
  • Stretching yourself and me to grow in our roles.

What do you need to succeed in the role?

  • Understanding the needs, even if not clearly stated or defined.
  • Ability to connect the dots, structure the approach.
  • Courage for out of the box solutions. Being open-minded, honest, and transparent.
  • Not giving up, keep trying in a different way.
  • Own enthusiasm and ownership to get the others onboarded for the change.
  • Great communication and argumentation capacity.
  • Understanding the impact of who we are and what we are doing.
  • Common sense – being able to simplify things for the users, not overengineering.
  • Digital “I can learn it all” mindset and knowledge of technologies relevant for organizing projects. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience from HR area is a plus, not the must.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
