Internal Comms Specialist & HR Projects Support
What would be your key activities?
As our Internal Comms Specialist & HR Project Support, you will be responsible for preparing monthly content plans, creating engaging content, and assisting with various HR projects. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Group Chief People & Sustainability Officer and support CME leaders in creating content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Sounds fun? Well, that's not all! You will also be responsible for writing and editing job advertisements, preparing company events, and coordinating various Group HR projects. With your excellent organizational and project management skills, you'll be able to deliver assigned tasks on time and with the requested quality.
What do you need to succeed in the role?
You understand the importance of digital technologies and the constant search for simplification and automation. You're proficient in MS Office 365 and have a solid understanding of social media and its active usage. You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communication, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in such fields.
