HR Program Manager/CME Content Academy Lead

We are searching for the HR Program Manager, who will be leading and managing our program and project portfolio, with a strong focus on the CME Content Academy program. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job scope:

The HR Program Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of selected HR programs and strategies such as CME Content Academy, Film Night, Employer Branding, collaboration with other educational institutions, schools etc.

 

The main job responsibilities split between CME Content Academy and other programs, projects and tasks.

 

  1. CME Content Academy (70% approx.)
  • (Project) management of the educational program CME Content Academy with a strong focus on high-quality education delivery to its students.
  • Management of the selection process for future courses, including pre-selecting candidates, conducting interviews, setting up specializations, defining contractual, financial, and business conditions, budgeting etc.
  • Creation of the syllabus for the production and post-production school block, including the list of speakers.
  • Creation and management of the internship programs of the students at the television (as mandatory part of the course).
  • Supervision of the contractual relationships with external stakeholders and providers, regular evaluation etc.
  • Main point of contact for students in all other manners (handling any issues and questions related to their education, insurance, accommodation, part-time job placements within the CME group etc.).
  • Leads and participates in the sharing efforts of the program across the CME Group and supports the rollout to other CME markets in the CEE region (process, content, outcome, engaging speakers from other stations etc.)

 

 

  1. Other HR and employer branding programs (30% approx.)
  • Participation in the content creation of other HR and employer branding programs.
  • Design, development, and execution of HR / employer branding marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential candidates.
  • Taking the lead and participation in planning and organizing of workshops, training programs, courses, program curricula, and training materials.
  • Engagement in public relations, promotional activities for the HR and employer branding programs (social media such as Linked In, Instagram etc.)
  • Maintaining specific online channels, such as https://www.cmecontentacademy.com/
  • Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders, such as external partners, schools, educational institutes, HR team and others.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of at least 4 years with running (HR) programs and projects, from A to Z (planning, budgeting, resourcing, evaluating etc.).
  • Previous educational/training experience in a fast changing corporate environment a huge advantage (experience in a training and development organization, leading complex educational projects etc.).
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Czech (or Slovak)
  • Systematic and structured mindset
  • A “can do” influencer with positive attitude, open-minded.
  • A strong knowledge and interest for social digital world.
  • Solid knowledge of MS 365 tools, especially MS Excel (you don’t have to be an expert, but MS Excel will be sometimes your best friend in need) .
  • Result- and self-driven, able to work independent but also collaborate in team.
  • Leadership- and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the media industry a big advantage
