Mall Group

MALL Group is Central and Eastern Europe’s largest e-commerce group operating in seven countries with over 2,000 employees, offering its services to 90 million people across Central and Eastern Europe.

From its headquarters in Prague, Mall Group develops and manages a full range of digital e-commerce services for international markets, from traditional online stores with integrated logistics to its own internet television station and innovative consumer finance services for online shopping. Mall Group is co-owned by PPF, Rockaway Capital, and EC Investments. Rockaway is the managing shareholder.


The group is growing most dynamically in Croatia and Slovenia where it leads the online market. Altogether, MALL Group delivered over 9.4 million orders to more than 7.3 million customers across Europe in 2019. Consumers can choose from more than 1,050 collection points, and MALL Group plans to continue expanding its network. MALL.CZ opened its first shop in Prague and has cash-and-carry stores in Slovakia and Slovenia. One innovation has been the MALL Pay service that saw the number of transactions skyrocket 500% year on year in 2019.

In 2020, the group reported revenues of CZK 22.2 billion, up 28% on the previous year. Altogether, it delivered over 11 million orders to 4.9 million unique customers.

MALL has focused on developing its online marketplace and the MALL Partner program, consolidating its position as the e-shop with the widest range of merchandise on the Czech market. At the end of the year, there were more than 1.5 million products to choose from. 2020 was also highly successful for MALL Partner, with the program reporting a 150% increase in revenue and the number of merchants selling their goods on the MALL online marketplace increased from 300 to 1,500. Partner sales are currently up and running in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia., the number two on the online electronics market, served more than 20,000 customers from the private, government, education, and other sectors last year, a 65% jump year on year. In February, it launched its successful PC Configurator service, enabling anyone to build their own computer, which led to people building more than 13,000 PCs.

Online supermarket Koší has played a significant role in shaping the new face of retail. In the past year, it was a force for change via numerous successful green concepts, including rPET and Packaging-Free Future. These complemented the EkoKošík project that offers more organic drugstore products than any other online supermarket.

MALL Pay adds to the convenience of shopping. In 2020, the payment service was used by 208,000 clients and the number of transactions almost doubled year on year. In 2020, MALL Pay started offering its own Skip Accounts payment-deferral service and introduced its own Skip Card. By the end of 2020, the MALL Pay button had been integrated into more than 155 e-shops.

MALL Group’s own internet-based television station, MALL.TV, operates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia where it broadcasts entertaining content, original series, and popular-science programs.
