PPF Real Estate - Analyst

PPF RE is searching for a new colleague who would amend and extend the skills and capacity of the investment & operational team.

Analytical Support to Existing Projects

• ‒ Preparation of cash flow plans for assigned projects;
• ‒ Monthly variance analysis of project performance and presentation during management meetings;
• ‒ Analytical support of the real estate business (data analysis, asset management, process review and design)
• ‒ Regular updates of financial models;
• ‒ Continual review of financing covenants;
• ‒ Support in the preparation of external valuations.

Review of Prospective Investments

• ‒ Market research of target geographies and sectors;
• ‒ Support with a business case evaluation and financial modelling of prospective investments (LBO/DCF valuations) of a wide range of potential investments across Europe and in multiple real estate sectors (office, retail, residential, hospitality, etc.);
• ‒ Preparation of presentation materials for the Investment Committee;
• ‒ Participation in a due diligence of prospective investments in cooperation with internal tax and legal departments.

Management Reporting

• ‒ Performance evaluation and consolidation of all portfolio investments;
• ‒ Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

• ‒ Finished university degree;
• ‒ Working knowledge of Czech / Slovak;
• ‒ At least a short relevant experience from either a fulltime job or a part-time job / internship during the university;
• ‒ Being comfortable with numbers;
• ‒ To be a team-player (get well along with colleagues and be able to manage external relationships).
