Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline!
Responsibilities
- Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors
- Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership
Ideal candidate profile
- Has up to two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting
- Exceptional graduates are encouraged to apply as well
- Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders
- Displays strong financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint skills
- Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight
- Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech language is not required
- Has knowledge of Bloomberg terminal / Capital IQ, or similar platform (an advantage, not a necessity)
