Our M&amp;A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline!&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis</li><li>Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group</li><li>Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors</li><li>Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideal candidate profile<ul><li>Has up to two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting</li><li>Exceptional graduates are encouraged to apply as well</li><li>Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Displays strong financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint skills</li><li>Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight</li><li>Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Investment Analyst (Full time)

Do našeho týmu hledáme zkušeného a samostatného kolegu/kolegyni na pozici Hlavní účetní, který/á bude mít klíčovou roli v oblasti účetnictví, reportingu a spolupráce napříč skupinou PPF.<h4>Co bude Vaší náplní práce?</h4><ul><li>Komplexní účetní agenda dle vyhlášky č. 500/2002 a IFRS:<ul><li>závěrkové operace, odložená daň, FX přecenění</li><li>majetkové účasti, úvěry, rezervy, mzdy, faktury</li><li>skladová evidence a další komplexní transakce</li></ul></li><li>Reporting pro oddělení konsolidace (IFRS), spolupráce s auditory</li><li>Statutární účetní závěrka dle CAS (do budoucna IFRS)</li><li>Fakturace nájemného, komunikace s provozním oddělením</li><li>Statistické výkazy, DPH přiznání, daň z příjmů PO</li><li>Spolupráce s Controllingem (cost+ režim, obchodní známka)</li><li>Nastavování procesů a účetních metod</li><li>Vedení a rozvoj junior účetních</li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Co od Vás očekáváme?</h4><ul><li>SŠ/VŠ ekonomického směru</li><li>Min. 5 let praxe na pozici senior účetní / hlavní účetní</li><li>Výborná znalost účetních a daňových předpisů</li><li>Znalost IFRS výhodou</li><li>Pokročilá znalost angličtiny</li><li>Znalost Navision/Business Central výhodou</li><li>Excel na pokročilé úrovni</li><li>Samostatnost, spolehlivost, týmový duch</li><li>Odolnost vůči stresu, dobré komunikační schopnosti</li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Co Vám nabízíme?</h4><ul><li>Zázemí silné a stabilní finanční skupiny</li><li>Možnost profesního růstu a vzdělávání</li><li>Zajímavou práci v dynamickém prostředí</li><li>5 týdnů dovolené + 5 dní pracovního volna navíc</li></ul>&nbsp;Zaujala Vás tato příležitost?
