  • PPF Group is expanding its Board of Directors with the appointment of Jindřich Fremuth as a new member.
  • After more than four years at PPF, Ondřej Frydrych is leaving his position as Chief Performance Officer.
  • Jan Růžička, currently Chief External Affairs Officer, will move into the role of external affairs adviser to PPF’s shareholders.

Jindřich Fremuth will strengthen the management structure of PPF Group (PPF), joining co-CEOs Kateřina Jirásková and Didier Stoessel on the PPF Group Board of Directors. His appointment follows the announcement that he will take up the role of Chief AI Transformation Officer (CAITO), in which he will be responsible for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence across PPF Group. He joins PPF from O2 Czech Republic, the Czech Republic’s largest telecommunications operator, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

After more than four years at PPF, Ondřej Frydrych is leaving the Group. As Chief Performance Officer and, until April 2026, a member of PPF’s Board of Directors, he was responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the companies in the Group’s portfolio.

“The appointment of Jindřich Fremuth to the Board of Directors reflects the strategic importance of technology, innovation and artificial intelligence to PPF’s future development. His extensive management experience will strengthen the Board’s ability to support the Group’s long-term growth and development. I would also like to thank Ondřej Frydrych, who is returning to Emma Capital. His contribution to the Group over recent years has been significant,” said Renáta Kellnerová, PPF’s majority shareholder and a member of its Supervisory Board.

“It is an honour for me to join the Board of Directors and contribute to PPF’s continued development. I look forward to supporting the Group’s transformation and the long-term growth of its portfolio companies,” said Jindřich Fremuth.

Jan Růžička, the Group’s current Chief External Affairs Officer, will take on the role of external affairs adviser to PPF’s shareholders from 1 October 2026. “We look forward to continuing to draw on his expertise in external affairs,” added Renáta Kellnerová on behalf of PPF’s shareholders.
