Jindřich Fremuth will join PPF headquarters to drive the deployment of AI across the Group and lead the further development of Unity, its cross-sector ecosystem spanning telecommunications, media and financial services.

With initiatives such as Unity and Oneplay already in place, we are now focused on accelerating development of all our companies through AI. We are pleased that Jindřich Fremuth will lead this effort at the Group level,” said Co-CEOs of PPF Group Kateřina Jirásková and Didier Stoessel.
Jindřich Fremuth joins PPF after nine years of leading O2 Czech Republic as CEO, where he drove a transformation of the business towards a data-driven operating model and the large-scale adoption of AI. Under his leadership, AI became embedded both in customer interactions and internal processes, with automated solutions deployed across customer care, marketing, sales and operational workflows. Over the past nine years, O2 has consistently delivered above-market growth, with EBITDA rising by more than 50% since 2016, while evolving into a technology company with a strong position across telecommunications, digital services and the broader PPF ecosystem. Before joining O2 in 2009, Jindřich Fremuth worked as a technology consultant at McKinsey & Company.
