PPF Group strengthens with electronic toll systems and intelligent transport solutions

PPF Group has announced its intention to consolidate four technology companies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to form a single strong brand. Electronic toll system operators CzechToll and SkyToll, tech company TollNet, and transport payment solutions provider PaySystem are set to be wholly owned under the newly formed ITIS Holding.

“All companies in the new group have excellent references and extensive experience in their fields. PPF Group gives them the background of a strong partner, thanks to which they can jointly accelerate growth in an organic way, as well as through targeted acquisitions,” said Robert Ševela, PPF Group’s Investment Director.

Their combined expertise will reinforce development of a next-generation toll system and success in other transport management projects and services which factor in environmental issues.

“ITIS Holding integrates a broad portfolio of technologies, services and references from successful projects under one roof,” says the new company’s CEO Matej Okáli.
