PPF Announcement Regarding the CNB Regulatory Filing on Holders of Public Companies

During the ongoing inheritance proceedings, Ms. Renáta Kellnerová was appointed administrator of the estate of the late Petr Kellner. As such, she is listed as the holder of relevant public companies subject to regulation by the CNB. Ms. Kellner’s appointment as the administrator of the estate doesn’t mean the inheritance process is complete yet. Ms. Kellnerová is also the family representative during meetings of the recently formed PPF Group executive committee, which serves as an advisory body to CEO Ladislav Bartoníček.

Press releases

Klára Brachtlová is a senior executive with PPF’s wholly-owned Central European Media Enterprises (“CME”) and is an Executive Director of CME’s Czech broadcaster TV Nova. She is being put forward to the court to succeed Eric Huggers, who is resigning from the ProSiebenSat.1 Supervisory Board at the end of June.

“I am honored by the nomination to join the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1, one of Germany’s major media companies. I believe that my 15 years of experience and proven ability to deliver growth and value at CME's market-leading TV Nova, together with my deep understanding of commercial broadcasting, digital media, finance, and audit, will be of benefit to the Supervisory Board and will ultimately provide value to all ProSiebenSat.1 stakeholders,” said Klára Brachtlová.

Five new members will serve on the ProSiebenSat.1 Supervisory Board with the four – Katharina Behrends, Dr. Katrin Burkhardt, Thomas Ingelfinger and Prof. Dr. Cai-Nicolas Ziegler – proposed earlier by the Supervisory Board for the election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. PPF supports the four candidates proposed by the Supervisory Board for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
