Renáta Kellnerová and her daughters raise their PPF Group shareholding to 100%

PPF Group shareholders Renáta Kellnerová and her daughters, Anna Kellnerová, Lara Kodl Kellnerová, and Marie Isabella Kellnerová, have agreed with Petr Kellner Jr. to acquire his 10% minority stake in the Group. PPF is executing the transaction, expected to be completed in 2025, through the purchase of its own shares.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the value or form of the transaction at this time. Upon completion, Renáta Kellnerová and her daughters will hold 100% of PPF.

"My daughters and I wish Petr all the best in his business endeavors. We respect his decision to pursue future business interests independently of PPF. Although we are parting ways as business partners, our friendship and personal relationships remain unchanged," said Renáta Kellnerová.

"We began discussions about the acquisition of my minority stake in PPF several months ago. I am satisfied with the successful conclusion of this complex process. I would like to thank Renáta, Anna, Lara and Marie for making it possible to develop PPF together. I wish them and the entire Group every success," said Petr Kellner Jr.

Petr Kellner Jr. became a PPF shareholder in 2022, following the conclusion of inheritance proceedings after the tragic death of the Group's majority shareholder, Petr Kellner, in 2021.
