The parties have agreed not to disclose the value or form of the transaction at this time. Upon completion, Renáta Kellnerová and her daughters will hold 100% of PPF.
"My daughters and I wish Petr all the best in his business endeavors. We respect his decision to pursue future business interests independently of PPF. Although we are parting ways as business partners, our friendship and personal relationships remain unchanged," said Renáta Kellnerová.
"We began discussions about the acquisition of my minority stake in PPF several months ago. I am satisfied with the successful conclusion of this complex process. Petr Kellner Jr. became a PPF shareholder in 2022, following the conclusion of inheritance proceedings after the tragic death of the Group's majority shareholder, Petr Kellner, in 2021.
