PPF Posts Stellar Financial Results in 2023

PPF Group recorded a net profit of EUR 1.45 billion in 2023, its best financial result since 2008 when it booked gains from the sale of Ceska Pojistovna insurance company to Italy's Assicurazioni Generali.

PPF increases shareholding in European e-commerce logistics company InPost

PPF Group ("PPF" or "the Group") has increased its shareholding in InPost, having agreed to acquire additional shares in the pan-European e-commerce distribution company from Advent International ("Advent"). PPF previously acquired a 5% stake in InPost from Advent pursuant to an option agreement dated 25 May 2023. The announcement today of the acquisition of an additional 10% consummates a second call option which replaced the previous option agreement on 7 December 2023. This brings the Group's aggregate InPost stake to approximately 28.75% of its outstanding share capital.

PPF Group proposes Christoph Mainusch as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media

PPF Group (“PPF”), the international investment company, will propose Christoph Mainusch, an experienced television executive, for election as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (“ProSiebenSat.1”) at the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for 30 April.

PPF Group returns to pre-Covid levels of profitability

PPF Group posted a net profit of EUR 709 million for the first half of 2023. It made a series of investments in developed markets to diversify further and strengthen the Group's portfolio. Companies across the Group contributed to overall net profitability, which wasn't unduly impacted by the exit from Russia, the associated costs of which were largely booked in 2022. The positive financial results were underpinned by a gain from the sale of Home Credit Philippines, which closed in June.

Chief of Public and Government Affairs Vladimír Mlynář to leave PPF

PPF Group announces that Vladimír Mlynář will leave his position as Chief of Public and Government Affairs as of 31 December 2023. However, he will continue to work with PPF Group as an external advisor on selected projects.

Renáta Kellnerová and her family become PPF Group’s 100% owners

Renáta Kellnerová and her family, Anna Kellnerová, Lara Kellnerová, Maria Kellnerová, and Petr Kellner Jr., through their 100% owned company have acquired the shares in PPF Group that were previously held by Ladislav Bartoníček (0.535%) and Jean-Pascal Duvieusart (0.535%), to become the 100% owners of PPF Group.

PPF donates CZK 5 million to help victims of earthquake in Turkey

PPF Group announces that its PPF Foundation will donate CZK 5 million to Turkey to help victims of the devastating earthquake. The money will be donated to the Turkish branch of Red Crescent.
