Compensation & HR Reporting Analyst

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

In your role, you will participate in the following key HR processes – remuneration, planning and budgeting, reporting, workforce management, organizational design, and performance management.

  1. Compensation Analysis
  • Analyse the compensation data against the compensation policies and identify non-compliant cases and behaviour.
  • Participate on market benchmarking – selection of vendors, best-fit market benchmark selection, comparison as-is, setting relevant strategy, etc.
  • Clean reported data and check the quality of C&B data.
  • Consolidate various C&B data across the countries.
  • Ad-hoc remuneration data modelling on request (variable, fix)
  • Calculate the variable pay or models of it under a close supervision (bonuses, incentives, etc.).
  • Runs annual performance bonuses calculations and coordinates annual salary reviews for top management.
  • Co-Create design of various templates to plan, monitor and manage C&B area (from budget template to regular review templates).

 

  1. Reporting
  • Runs periodical ESG remuneration and employment reports and Financial reports (headcount and remuneration, IFRS) for Audit.
  • Communicate with the countries to clarify the data and help them to work with the most relevant data set.
  • Assist at Financial audits with providing records and process overviews in areas related to Staff bonuses and salaries
  • Submits remuneration related surveys to various data providers
  • Contact person for market data surveys licences for countries
  • Collection of remuneration and other data from countries (remuneration, performance management, headcount) to ensure accurate and valid data.

 

  1. HR Controlling
  • Calculates inputs for monthly bonus reserve accruals for Accounting.
  • Runs monthly Salary and bonus forecasts and reports on month-on-month variances vs. budget.
  • Manages benefits/cafeteria accounts with external benefit providers.
  • Cooperation with Tax and Payroll to ensure employee benefits are aligned with current tax laws.

 

  1. Support
  • Provide support to HR colleagues across the countries with data.
  • Cooperation on Remuneration Policies and its implementation across the countries.
  • Cooperation on Remuneration Policies and their adoption (with Legal, Tax).
  • Coordinates group alignment on implementation of new employee benefits.
  • Cooperates with Payroll on ad-hoc requests (setup of pension contributions for employees, facilitation of annual tax declarations submissions etc.).


Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically, in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in (ideally) Compensation Analysis: At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics. Any type of financial analysis experience is valued, compensation area is not mandatory.
  • Experience in HR Controlling/Finance: Experience in HR controlling, financial planning, and analysis is highly valued.

 

 

 

Requested Skills and Competences:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.
  • HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.
  • Advanced Digital Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Czech (Slovak) and English for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
