HR Project Coordinator

What would be your key activities?


As our HR Project Coordinator, you will be assisting on various HR projects with the opportunity to work closely with our Group Chief People & Sustainability Officer and the rest of our Group HR teams. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external meetings, documenting necessary details, preparing various templates, coordinating internal workshops, and communicating group-wide not only internally but also with our external contract providers. You will support development initiatives that support the company's transformation, including digital.

We are also looking for someone who is a digital enthusiast and is looking for a new opportunity how to improve not only internal HR processes to be more like the 21st century. With your excellent organizational and project management skills, you'll be able to deliver assigned tasks on time and with the requested quality.



What do you need to succeed in the role? 


You understand the importance of digital technologies and the constant search for simplification and automation. You're proficient in MS Office 365 and have a solid understanding of social media and its active usage. You are open minded and organized. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communication, or a related field would be a plus, not a must.


Are you keen on digital trends and AI usage in the learning process?

You need a positive digital mindset, passion about digital trends, new ways of working, experience with a proven digital transformation a plus.
