The US and China, who are the world´s two biggest polluters, announced a restart of talks on climate issues, which had been frozen since the visit of Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan in August. Resuming the cooperation is critical: in the past, for instance, it made the 2015 Paris Agreement possible.
