PPF Group announces that as of 23 September 2022, the inheritance agreement approved by the relevant court, on the distribution of Petr Kellner’s estate has taken effect. Petr Kellner died in March last year. His widow Renáta Kellnerová and his four children are now the direct and indirect holders of 98.93% of PPF Group N.V., the principal holding company of PPF Group.

Tomáš Brzobohatý Steps Down from PPF Executive Committee

PPF Group announces that as of March 31, 2022, Tomáš Brzobohatý will be stepping down from the Group’s Executive Committee and no longer be a member of PPF’s top-management. An experienced lawyer and close associate of Petr Kellner for many years Brzobohatý temporarily joined PPF’s executive body in April last year, following Kellner’s tragic death with the task of shaping and stabilizing the Group’s management. Mrs. Kellnerová is now the majority shareholder of PPF Group, with a 59.358% stake. Each of Petr Kellner’s four children holds a 9.893% stake in the Group. All new shareholders have agreed to appoint Mrs. Kellnerová as their joint public representative. PPF Group’s organizational structure and management procedures remain unchanged.
