PPF Announcement Regarding the CNB Regulatory Filing on Holders of Public Companies
During the ongoing inheritance proceedings, Ms. Renáta Kellnerová was appointed administrator of the estate of the late Petr Kellner. As such, she is listed as the holder of relevant public companies subject to regulation by the CNB. Ms. Kellner’s appointment as the administrator of the estate doesn’t mean the inheritance process is complete yet. Ms. Kellnerová is also the family representative during meetings of the recently formed PPF Group executive committee, which serves as an advisory body to CEO Ladislav Bartoníček.
The resilience of PPF’s industry and geographical spread is substantiated by a profitable second half in 2020. The Group is well placed to seize opportunities during the post-covid economic recovery.
PPF Group recorded a net profit of EUR 93 million in the second half of 2020. According to the consolidated and audited results PPF reduced its full-year net loss to EUR 291 million from EUR 384 million as at 30 June 2020.

In 2018, Czech companies in PPF Group paid a total of CZK 2.6 billion in income taxes to the Czech public purse. O2 Czech Republic is ranked 14th (on the Czech Ministry of Finance’s chart of the Top 20 corporate income taxpayers for 2018. Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura (CETIN), Škoda Transportation and PPF banka are also all large taxpayers. In total, PPF Group is the Czech Republic's 7th biggest taxpayer.
